She thinks Chris Anderson was playing a PR stunt of his own and could stand to be a bit more accountable re: his publication's online presence/information provided to public relations practitioners/the public, plus that he needs some work on his own e-mail processes and policies.

As always, Jenn is highly opinionated on the issue, but her rants are always based on solid experience and a quite admirable understanding of how the online world works...and doesn't in Public Relations 2.0.</description>
